Applications for medium size allocations can be submitted at any time through the online application forms, where all requested information can be filled in. Note that the PI must be a senior scientist in Swedish academia, at least at the level of assistant professor (forskarassistent).

Applications for medium size allocations are handled through the centre where the requested resource are located. For SweGrid the applications are handled through the SweGrid project coordinator. The evaluation, carried out by the centres application experts, assesses the feasibility of using the requested resources. The evaluation process will typically be finished in two weeks.

Activity reports for medium scale projects might be requested later by SNAC for monitoring purposes.
